Founder

Founder Elijah Vane is a speaker, entrepreneur, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and host of the Almost Effortless podcast. His work has solidified his position as one of Sacramento, California’s most esteemed hair artists. His accreditation include features in the pages of magazines such as Hair Advisor, Beauty Launchpad, and the inaugural issue of Gradient magazine by K18 Hair debuted at Sephora.

Salon Director

Makayla is an extension specialist and mentor based in Sacramento, Ca. She is known for her seamless extensions and refined lived in color. Her work is rooted in a non negotiable healthy hair over everything concept. Beyond the salon, she is deeply inspired by the outdoors, spending time with her dog, paddle boarding, hiking, swimming, and recharging.

Artist

Matt is an artist who believes great hair should feel personalized. He specializes in creating customized results that help every client feel like the best version of themselves. With experience in lived-in color, dimensional blondes, rich reds, brunettes, hair extensions for all hair textures and densities, and a wide range of haircutting techniques, Matt tailors every service to fit each client’s individual style and goals. Outside the salon, you’ll find Matt exploring all forms of art, enjoying live music, wandering street markets, and supporting the local businesses and communities that bring people together.

Hannah Lewis 

Artist

Hannah specializes in multiple extension applications and effortlessly sun kissed color, creating hair that looks as natural as it feels. Originally from just outside of Portland, Oregon, her career has taken her across the United States and abroad, where she has continued to refine her artistry and expand her expertise. She is passionate about staying at the forefront of education and is constantly exploring new techniques to make extensions as seamless, lightweight, and undetectable as possible. When she’s away from the salon, you’ll likely find her with her dogs, traveling, or recharging in nature.

Annalisia is a hairstylist with over six years of experience creating effortless hair. Her journey has taken her from the artistry and energy of New York and Paris Fashion Week to the intimate moments of wedding mornings, where she has the privilege of helping brides achieve their dream bridal look. When she’s not behind the scenes of fashion shows or bringing bridal visions to life, you’ll find her at Jasper. She specializes in sun kissed blondes, dimensional color, soft layered haircuts, seamless K-Tip extensions, and signature blowouts. To Annalisia, the most beautiful hair is timeless, natural, and thoughtfully tailored to each guest, enhancing their individuality while inspiring effortless confidence.

During that time she learned what it means to be a budding artist in the beauty industry. In under one year, she’s built a solid clientele focusing on lived in hair color and haircutting - and is now accepting her own clients behind the chair. She’s driven, intentional, and focused on growth. Violet represents the next generation of hair artists grounded in education, shaped by mentorship, and committed to creating a meaningful, sustainable career.
